Register as an observer

Would you like to work as an observer at HAP ‘t Hellegat? Thank you for your interest! To guarantee the quality of care and safety at our posts, we use a registration procedure. Below you can read step by step how it works:

1. Submit application
   You can register via info@haphellegat.nl. As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.
   
   
2. Submission of documents
   As part of our quality policy, we are obliged to register who works at our posts. We therefore ask you to provide the following documents, among others:
   
   • Recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce
   • Proof of participation in a recognised dispute resolution body
   • Business and professional liability insurance policy
   • Employment history antecedents
     
     
3. Signing the affiliation agreement
   After receiving your documents, we will send you a connection agreement. This agreement lays down the mutual agreements. Once you have signed it, we will proceed with your registration.
   
   
4. Control and processing
   We check all submitted data and process your registration in our system.
   
   
5. Final confirmation
   After approval and processing of your data, you will receive a final confirmation of your registration. From that moment on, you can be scheduled for shifts at our posts.
